If the agency Contracting Officer chooses to purchase from these SINs on a labor hour basis, the resultant task/delivery order shall specify the not-to-exceed price, the labor category(ies) proposed (with the hourly rates for each), and any other direct costs (ODCs). The agency Contracting Officer will negotiate pricing of ODCs with the Tetra Tech NUS Contracting Officer. Rates include .75% Industrial Funding Fee (IFF).
